Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using Tatva Cura, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Tatva Cura ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Patient", or "Client") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Tatva Cura provides home healthcare services including but not limited to:

• Home nursing care (certified and registered nurses)
• Patient caretakers and attendants
• Elderly care and companion services
• Home ICU setups and medical equipment rental
• Nanny and childcare services
• Diagnostic sample collection and physiotherapy

Our services are intended to support patients at home. We are not a replacement for emergency hospital care. In the event of a severe medical emergency, please contact an ambulance or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible care and safety for both the patient and our staff, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical history and current health status of the patient.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and hazard-free working environment for our healthcare professionals visiting your home.
• Follow the medical advice and prescriptions provided by your primary consulting doctor. Our nurses act on the prescribed medical advice and do not prescribe medicines independently.
• Treat our staff with dignity. Any form of abuse (verbal or physical) will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Booking, Payments, and Billing

All service requests must be booked through our official platform, WhatsApp number, or customer support helpline.

• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking for services such as ICU setups or long-term nursing.
• Payments must be made directly to Tatva Cura's official accounts. Do not hand over cash to the visiting staff unless explicitly authorized by our management.
• Rates are subject to change based on the patient's critical condition, location, and the specific expertise required. We ensure transparent pricing before service commencement.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that medical situations can change rapidly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our deployed healthcare staff.

If you cancel a service request prior to the dispatch of our professional, a full refund (minus applicable payment gateway charges) will be initiated. For detailed information, please review our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure that all our healthcare professionals are thoroughly background-verified and clinically trained, Tatva Cura acts as an aggregator and facilitator of healthcare services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tatva Cura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any medical complications arising out of underlying conditions that were not disclosed to us.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The medical records, personal details, and address information you share with us are strictly confidential. 8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
