At Tatva Cura, "Delivery" refers to the timely arrival of our healthcare professionals, the setup of medical equipment at your home, and the dispatch of diagnostic reports. This policy outlines our standard timelines and procedures.
1. Staff Arrival & Service Delivery
We strive to ensure that our nurses, caretakers, and doctors reach your premises at the scheduled time.
- Scheduled Bookings: For pre-booked 12-hour or 24-hour nursing/caretaking shifts, staff will arrive at the mutually agreed-upon time. A standard buffer of 30-45 minutes is applicable due to unpredictable Mumbai traffic.
- On-Demand Services: For on-call services like injections, ECGs, or IV infusions, our team will dispatch the nearest available professional. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be shared at the time of booking, generally ranging between 60 to 90 minutes.
- Emergencies: While we prioritize urgent requests, Tatva Cura is a planned home healthcare provider and does not substitute an emergency ambulance service.
2. Medical Equipment Delivery & Setup
We provide a range of medical equipment on rent or sale, such as hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, and BiPAP machines.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard medical equipment is delivered and installed within 4 to 8 hours of booking confirmation and advance payment receipt.
- Installation: Our delivery personnel will install the equipment and provide a demonstration on how to safely operate it.
- Delivery Charges: Logistics and transportation charges may apply based on the distance from our dispatch center to the patient's location. These charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
3. Delivery of Diagnostic Reports
For home blood collection and portable diagnostics (X-Ray/ECG):
- Digital Delivery: All reports are delivered digitally in a secure PDF format via email and WhatsApp to the registered contact number.
- Turnaround Time (TAT): Routine blood test reports are usually delivered within 12 to 24 hours. ECG and X-Ray reports are typically shared within 2 to 4 hours. Specialized tests may take longer, and the TAT will be provided during sample collection.
- Hard Copies: If a physical copy of the report is required, it must be requested in advance. Additional courier or delivery charges will apply.
4. Delivery Locations & Coverage
Tatva Cura currently operates exclusively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including:
- South Mumbai & Central Mumbai
- Western Suburbs (Bandra to Borivali)
- Eastern Suburbs (Kurla to Mulund)
- Navi Mumbai & Thane (Subject to availability and prior confirmation)
If your location falls outside our standard delivery zones, we may decline the service request or apply additional out-of-station dispatch charges.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we are committed to prompt service, Tatva Cura shall not be held liable for delays in staff arrival or equipment delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). These include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions, heavy monsoons, or waterlogging.
- Unexpected traffic blockades, public strikes, or transport disruptions.
- Government-imposed lockdowns or restrictions.
In the event of a delay, our care management team will proactively communicate with you and provide updated ETAs.
